fter Pestilence first appeared, chaos swiftly followed. Crops, animals, and people began to die. Mutations became commonplace, and deaths during childbirth soared to unprecedented levels.

As people struggled to survive in this transformed world, another creature emerged. It was called Famine, and its arrival had a catastrophic effect on the insect population, driving them into a frenzied state in which they devoured everything in sight. Droughts spread across the land, and crops, already weakened and sickly, withered and died.
